Terms and Conditions for Booking and Refund

1. Booking Confirmation

A consulting fee of €250 is required to confirm your booking. This fee includes:

• Personalized travel consultation and itinerary planning

• Coordination with service providers

• A gift pack (T-shirt, cap, and one souvenir)

• A Certificate of Participation upon trip completion

This consulting fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Payment Structure

The total cost of the travel package includes:

• €250 consulting fee (includes consulting services, gift pack, and certificate)

• Remaining balance for travel services (accommodation, transport, tours, etc.)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the travel start date:

A full refund will be issued excluding the €250 consulting fee.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the travel start date:

No refund will be provided unless otherwise permitted by third-party providers. The consulting fee remains non-refundable.

4. Refund Procedure

Refunds (excluding the €250 consulting fee) will be processed within 14 business days after receiving a written cancellation request. Any bank or payment service charges will be deducted.

5. Amendments

Changes to travel arrangements may incur additional costs depending on supplier policies. The €250 consulting fee is non-refundable regardless of changes.

6. Gift Package & Certificate Delivery

Clients who complete the full trip will receive:

• One T-shirt

• One cap

• One fixed souvenir

• A Certificate of Participation

🎁 These items are delivered only after the customer submits a review via our official website.

❌ No gift pack or certificate will be provided in case of cancellation, no-show, or early termination of the trip.

7. Force Majeure

In the case of events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), refunds will be subject to third-party service provider terms. The consulting fee remains non-refundable.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
